Yesterday I hung out with Josef. For a solid hour or so we rolled around on the carpet, crawling and stomping on imaginary countries. We also had with us ninjas, light-sabers, scientists, robots, vikings, soldiers, tanks, LARGE tanks, helicopters, lasers, and dinosaurs. He gave them names. We were in the room, he was in another world.

Then we went gaga talking about his Nerf gun collection and the video games he’s played during stay overs.

I love kids with an imagination.
